Compare the same workload: required users, external collaborators, usage allowances, billing interval and add-ons. Write down the total for your intended setup and the date checked. A monthly equivalent billed annually is not the same commitment as a cancel-any-month plan.

4. Which collaborators need which seat types? Price the actual mix of designers, developers and reviewers before migrating team files.
