Compare the same workload: required users, external collaborators, usage allowances, billing interval and add-ons. Write down the total for your intended setup and the date checked. A monthly equivalent billed annually is not the same commitment as a cancel-any-month plan.

1. Which recurring explanation would be clearer as a short recording? Compare whether the recipient can complete the task without a follow-up meeting.
2. Can recipients access the video and captions in their normal workflow? Test with an external customer as well as an internal teammate.
3. What sensitive information could appear on the recorded screen? Use a sanitized workspace and check sharing settings before sending a link.
4. Who will update or remove recordings when a process changes? Assign an owner and an expiry or review date for reusable instructions.
